Who I Am

My background includes senior leadership within Alberta Health Services, executive roles with the Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan, and leadership of the Eye Physicians and Surgeons Association of Alberta. These experiences have shaped my ability to operate in complex, high-accountability environments where policy, operations, stakeholder expectations, and financial realities intersect.

Clients often engage me when the work is sensitive, nuanced, and/or high impact. I am comfortable operating where competing priorities must be reconciled and where clarity, discipline, and trust are essential to progress.

At its core, my work is about helping organizations think clearly, decide confidently, and act deliberately — especially when the stakes are high.
